The popular Ontario Forage Expo is coming up on July 9 in southern Ontario and July 16 in eastern Ontario.

The event is one of the largest in-field equipment exhibitions in eastern Canada.

The Ontario Forage Council, with the Perth and Victoria County Soil and Crop Improvement Associations, is staging this year’s Ontario Forage Expo.

Perth County is scheduled to host a location on July 9 at Pendora Dairy Ltd., 6447 Road 164 Monkton, Ont.

Victoria County is expected to host an eastern location at Vosbrae Farms, 140 Skyline Road, on July 16 in Oakwood, Ont.

Additional address details will be added to the organization’s website as they become available. See the Ontario Forage Council website for more information.

Planned demonstrations will include equipment from key forage production equipment makers.

Equipment in head-to-head trials include mowers, conditioners, rakes, tedders, windrow inverters, mergers, harvesters, dump wagons, large round balers, large square balers, small square bale bundlers, bale wrappers and bale grapplers.

The event is free and no pre-registration is required.
