Ashley Wagenaar from the Potato Growers of Alberta and Diksha Singla, a post-doctoral research fellow at Lethbridge Polytechnic, in the school's Advanced Post-Harvest Technology Centre within Lethbridge's Polytechnic Centre for Applied Research. Singla was part of a team researching the levels of total glycoalkaloids (TGAs) in Yukon Gold potatoes.
