“We have a lot of appreciation for Premier, the kind of organization they are, the things they are working on, and we’d like to be part of it,” Tom Rosztoczy, CEO of Stotz Equipment, said in the release.

“This partnership allows us to continue to evolve and invest in our infrastructure so that we are well positioned to serve our customers for a long time,” Allan Dueck, CEO of Premier Equipment, said.

Stotz Equipment is a family-owned dealership first established in Arizona in 1947 and is now part of local communities in eight western states, operating 25 locations. Premier Equipment began in the 1950s, and has grown to eight locations in southwestern Ontario.

The partnership is expected to commence September, 2024, subject to all necessary approvals and due diligence. The current Premier Equipment ownership group and leadership team will remain in place.
