Loblaw to back Canada grocery code 

The code has been the focus of considerable back and forth between food retailers and Ottawa

After months of negotiation, Loblaw Companies Limited (Loblaw) says it’s standing behind a proposed grocery code of conduct.






“Everyone one is doubling down on online food delivery. Great news for consumers, but every time the food industry has offered us more convenience, it often trumps two fundamental aspects of our daily lives: the environment and our health. Let’s hope it’s not going to happen again.”
