4-H Canada has announced the recipients of the 2020 TD 4-H Agriculture Scholarship and they include two students from Ontario.
Hanna Reid, from Ontario, is studying Animals Science Technology – Dairy Science at Lakeland College and Tanya Regimbald, also from Ontario, is studying Agriculture Business Management and Technology at Institut de technologie agroalimentaire.
TD Bank Group is providing $30,000 in scholarship funds for 2020, with 12 4-H members from across Canada selected to receive $2,500 toward their post-secondary education in agriculture, agricultural science, or agricultural business this year.
“Our ever-changing world has taught us that food security is more important now than ever, and we are proud to partner with TD in supporting youth who are pursuing post-secondary education in the field of agriculture,” said Shannon Benner, CEO of 4-H Canada. “We congratulate the 2020 scholarship recipients and wish them all the best in their educational and career pursuits.”
