Kioti Tractor has more than quadrupled its Canadian warehouse footprint with its new Milton facility.
It has 252,424 square feet of space, which increases inventory capacity by 260 per cent over it’s previous location in Mississauga, said Chiwhan Yoon, Kioti Tractor’s executive vice-president and deputy CEO.
Why it matters: The new facility will increase Kioti’s capacity four-fold to meet demand from Canadian dealers and customers.

Agco settles legal dispute with TAFE
Agco and Tractors and Farm Equipment (TAFE) from India announced July 1 that they had settled their legal dispute, which began in 2024 over local ownership of the Massey Ferguson brand name and other concerns.
The company said in a release that the expansion will allow Kioti to increase its inventory capacity, streamline logistics and improve operational efficiency.
“Since establishing Kioti Canada in 2019, our growth has been rapid and remarkable,” Yoon said. “In a few short years, we have tripled our sales, secured over 15 per cent market share and positioned ourselves as a significant player in this market.”
He said the company’s Canadian market share is up two percentage points compared to this time last year. It reached 20 per cent in September, an achievement made possible by collaboration with dealers, partners and the technical team.
The company is a division of Daedong-USA Inc. Kioti took possession of the new facility on Aug. 1.
It features 67 dock doors, a 36-foot clearance height, high tier racking with 17,000 bins and 10,000 line items for parts and carries an assortment of implements for its equipment. It can handle 10 to 12 incoming and five outgoing shipments daily with an assembly capacity of up to four tractors.
The warehouse features energy-efficient motion-sensing LED lights and can store a year’s worth of inventory. It has 3,678 square feet of office space and can run up to three shifts between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
“Our goal is not only to maintain this momentum in our core tractor segments in volume, (but) also to enhance our market share in high horsepower tractors and compact construction equipment segments through accelerating breakthroughs in technology and service,” Yoon said.
Internally, Kioti is implementing digital initiatives designed to streamline operations, enhance customer satisfaction and pioneer innovations in telematics, autonomous technology, AI, and cutting-edge solutions that extend beyond heavy equipment.
The introduction of Kioti Canada’s Mississauga warehouse was a significant milestone for Canadian dealers and on a scale that Doug Stewart couldn’t imagine the company would outgrow so rapidly.
“As we’re all aware, it didn’t take long to fill it up in capacity,” said Stewart, the owner of Doug’s Small Engines, a Kioti dealership in Castleton, Ont. His business has been selling Kioti’s range of machinery since 2011.
“The fact that Kioti has recognized our needs and continues to invest in the growth of the Canadian operation is amazing,” Stewart said. “This has greatly improved the time of receiving whole goods and parts, allowing better support for the Kioti owners.”
